I loved the great location. The hotel is right across from the train station! the staff was so friendly and helpful when i asked for directions. the room was clean. it also had well-designed furniture.
the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe at night, so i took a taxi even for short distances.

the hotel offers ticketed and locked storage, this is very convenient for early arrivals or late departures. a breakfast buffet starts at 6:30am, so you can catch an early train. i found that very useful!

The hotel is very close to the train station. some museums are within walking distance, this is really good. i walked to the harbour. It was a really enjoyable walk.

the breakfast buffet included cooked eggs, meat, and vegetables, it also had croissants and breads. yogurt, dried fruits, and nuts are available too. the buffet was clean and organized.

The staff gave me a map and showed me how to spend my day, i appreciated that. they offered luggage storage upon my early arrival, that was also super helpful. i asked for an extra towel. They brought it up immediately.

the room had space for two suitcases, packs, and clothes. the super clean room had intelligently designed furniture and a big bed. i was able to spread out and relax easily after traveling.

The hotel's location proved advantageous, offering effortless access to both the train station and the airport shuttle. The staff offered prompt assistance. They were very polite. Breakfast had a wide selection. It suited many dietary needs.
The air conditioning unit produced excessive noise. This made for some difficulty when trying to rest. The noise was DISTRACTING. It detracted from an otherwise solid experience.

The breakfast buffet featured various options, including fresh pastries, cereals, and fruit. Coffee and tea were readily available, and the dining area was clean and well-kept. I ENJOYED the selection.

The hotel has convenient proximity to public transport hubs which makes travel easy. Security measures included a locked glass door at the entrance, accessible with a key card. The room was cleaned EVERY day.

The hotel location was convenient. It was just across the street from the train station, allowing quick access. I also appreciated the plentiful breakfast buffet. It had cooked eggs and various breads.
The room carpet had some stains, which I found a bit off-putting. the toilet seat was unhinged on one side. It was a minor inconvenience .

the hotel was straight opposite the main train station, i have to say that was handy.
I was really annoyed the breakfast was a joke. The breakfast room looked like a bomb exploded with people waiting and scraps of food, and juice machines were all empty, i gave up eating.

the room faced the quieter back side (i slept soundly). breakfast offered ample choices. the location proved excellent because it was directly across from saint charles station. i found the bright lobby area cute.
i noticed a need for maintenance in some areas of the hotel.
